MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – You have probably noticed the little counter every time you log into Gmail that shows you how much free storage you have for your email account, yet you probably never questioned how this number was getting updated. An anonymous tipster emailed us late last night with some startling news. Salvatore Ferragamo (no relation to the famous designer) has been updating the ticker round the clock since Gmail launched. Although the tipster mentioned his salary is somewhere in the low six figures, he is only allowed four, five minute breaks a day in addition to only 4 hours of sleep a night. We have reached out to Google for more information and will update this post when they respond.
